Roma have officially sold Justin Kluivert to Premier League side Bournemouth, with the fee reported at €11m plus bonuses and a percentage of the sell-on fee.

The deal had been in the works for several days and was finally concluded this evening.

The Giallorossi can ultimately be pleased with the permanent transfer, considering he had gone on several loan spells with options to buy that were never activated by RB Leipzig, OGC Nice and Valencia.

According to Sky Sport Italia, the sale is for €11m plus bonuses tied to the number of appearances and a five per cent cut of the sell-on fee.

The 24-year-old forward is also set to pocket circa €4.5m per season plus bonuses wages in Bournemouth.

The son of former Milan striker Patrick Kluivert had been purchased for €17.25m from Ajax in 2018, but proved a flop and was repeatedly sent out on loan.

He ultimately made 68 competitive appearances in the Roma shirt, scoring nine goals and providing 10 assists.
