Sampdoria have officially appointed Daniele Faggiano as their new director of sport, moving Carlo Osti over to technical director.
Faggiano had been in this role at Parma for four years, then had a very brief run working at Genoa from August to November 2020.
He now moves across the city to their arch-rivals Sampdoria.
In turn, Osti switches from director of sport to technical director at the Blucerchiati.
Osti had been director of sport at Samp since December 2012 and signed the contract as their technical director to June 2023.
