Christian Pulisic has officially completed his transfer to Milan, as Chelsea receive circa €22m including bonuses.

The United States international flew in on Wednesday morning, had both sets of medical tests, posed with fans for selfies and then put pen to paper at Casa Milan on a four-year contract that runs to June 2027, with an option to extend to June 2028.

He is the second player to make the move from Chelsea to Milan this summer after Ruben Loftus-Cheek.

Pulisic has 57 senior caps for the USMNT and 23 goals, but was able to register as an EU player because he also has Croatian citizenship.

Primarily a right-sided winger who can also play on the left or as a support striker, Pulisic turns 25 in September and had been at Chelsea since the €64m sale from Borussia Dortmund in January 2019.

The cost of this transfer is believed to be circa €20m plus another €2m in performance-related add-ons.

Pulisic has chosen the Number 11 jersey, inherited from Zlatan Ibrahimovic.
