The table will therefore be frozen and taken as it stands, which was written into the regulations already, so Olympique Marseille will enter the Champions League and Rennes the qualifying rounds.

That is the subject of contention, as several clubs are already threatening to sue the French Federation.
To make matters more complicated, L’Equipe reports that BeIN Sports and Canal+ are refusing to pay the final €243m instalment of TV rights to the Ligue 1 clubs because the games were cancelled.
Belgium gave their Jupiler Pro League title to Club Brugge, but they had practically already won with 15 points advantage and there was only one round left when the season was halted, so the play-off system was scrapped.
The Netherlands, on the other hand, opted not to assign the 2019-20 title at all, even though Ajax were ahead on goal difference, also cancelling promotion and relegation from the Eredivisie.
