Juventus have loaned goalkeeper Mattia Perin to Genoa for the 2020-21 season after he already joined them in January.

It is a return for the shot-stopper, who started his career in the Grifone youth academy.

Perin turns 28 in November and was sold to Juventus for €14.2m in the summer of 2018, but barely featured in the Bianconeri jersey.

He was loaned back to Genoa in January and proved pivotal in helping them avoid relegation on the final day of the season.

As expected, Perin has now gone back to Marassi for another one-season loan.

There does not appear to be any option to buy, even though his Juventus contract only runs to June 2022.
