Mattia Perin has officially extended his contract with Juventus until June 2025.

The Bianconeri have confirmed the goalkeeper’s contract extension with a statement on their official website.

“Black on white to continue his adventure in black and white,” the club said.

“Mattia Perin has renewed his contract with Juve, an agreement that ties him to the club until June 30, 2025.

“Great news for Mattia, but also for all of us. Perin joined Juventus in 2018, and after a brief spell at former club Genoa from January 2020 to the summer of 2021, returned to wearing the black and white stripes, bringing with him his undoubted goalkeeping talent, his experience, his charisma and his never-say-die approach – which totally embodies the Juve spirit.

“Let’s not forget his ability to be ready when called upon wherever and whenever, in any situation and against any opponent. This characteristic has added extra value to his contribution to the team’s cause.

“Finding a way past him is no easy task, and it is no coincidence that he has kept a clean sheet in eight of his 17 appearances in all competitions. Considering this season alone, he has kept out the opposition attack in three out of his eight matches, registering a save percentage of 71%.

“These individual stats for Mattia will require further updating. Together!”
