The Albanian and his consortium were rumoured today to have agreed to transfer their ownership of the struggling Ducali to an unnamed group of investors, increasingly suggested to be Italian.
Now the club have released a short statement confirming the process.

Now the club have released a short statement confirming the process.
“Parma FC communicates that today a majority interest belonging to Eventi Sportivi Spa, the society that controlled the club, was sold,” reads the release on Parma’s website.
“The manager of reference nominated by the new ownership is Fiorenzo Alborghetti, who will handle alongside Pietro Leonardi all the procedures for the formation of the new board of directors.
“Details on the new ownership of Parma FC will be distributed over the following days.”
