Fiorentina have officially announced the arrival of head coach Raffaele Palladino, who has signed a multi-year contract in Florence.
The Viola have been on the hunt for a new head coach for the last few weeks after it became clear that Vincenzo Italiano would not sign a new deal, ending a three-year spell in the Tuscany capital that saw the club reach two back-to-back Conference League finals.
Palladino quickly emerged as a leading candidate for Fiorentina, having shined over the last two years with Monza. He was keen for a new adventure and didn’t renew his contract with his Biancorossi, freeing him up to head to Florence.
