Monza have officially deposited Pablo Mari’s contract to Serie A, confirming the arrival of the Spaniard on loan from Arsenal.

The 28-year-old underwent his medicals with Silvio Berlusconi’s side yesterday and everything went according to plan, allowing the Lombard club to complete the transfer. Mari did well last season on loan with Udinese and will be an important reinforcement for the newly promoted side.

Monza have now deposited Mari’s contract to Lega Serie A, confirming the Spaniard’s arrival on a loan deal. Sky Sports Italia reports that the deal contains a conditional obligation to buy clause attached, dependant on the team’s ability to avoid relegation.

The newly promoted side have added a number of reinforcements this summer in a bid to avoid a possible relegation battle, bringing in players like Gianluca Caprari, Alessio Cragno, Matteo Pessina and Andrea Ranocchia. The experienced signings will undoubtedly push Monza up a level for their first ever top flight campaign.
