Valentino Lazaro has officially completed his move from Inter to Newcastle on loan, with an option to buy, in a deal that could be worth €25m.
The former Hertha Berlin wing back had failed to make an impact at San Siro, and was made surplus to requirements with the signings of Ashley Young and Victor Moses this month.
Lazaro was only signed last summer from the Bundesliga outfit for an estimated €22m, yet never fully convinced boss Antonio Conte.
