Lazio have completed the signing of striker Felipe Caicedo from Espanyol for a reported €2.5m.
The transfer was confirmed in a statement on Lazio’s official website, although they did not disclose the length of Caicedo’s contract or a fee.
However, our sister site – Football-Espana.net – claims the Aquile have paid €2.5m for the Ecuadorian and offered him a three-year deal, worth €1.5m a season.

The move had been delayed due to Lazio’s non-EU quota being full, but it appears that issue has been resolved.
Caicedo, 28, joined Espanyol in 2014 and scored 24 goals for the Catalans in three seasons.
However, just two of them came last term as the former Manchester City and Levante striker made only 14 starts’ worth appearances in La Liga.
