Sampdoria have announced the signing of Cagliari defender Luka Krajnc on a season-long loan, with the option for a permanent transfer.
Krajnc is experienced in Italian football, despite his 21 years, having played for Genoa and Cesena before Cagliari, whom he helped back into Serie A last season.
