Lazio have loaned Ricardo Kishna back to former club ADO den Haag for the rest of the season.

The winger joined the Aquile in July 2015, but has struggled to break into the first team squad and spent the second half of last season on loan at Lille.

While he never played for the first team, Kishna started his career with Den Haag and the Dutch club has today confirmed that he’s returned for a season-long loan.

“Since he’s a former ADO player we’ve been following Ricardo, but not with the idea of adding him to the ADO den Haag squad,” said Coach Jeffrey van As.

“Just as soon as we thought about it, it suddenly came to be. Since we’re sure Ricardo will make us stronger, we’re happy to do it.

“And, of course, Ricardo wants to play for Den Haag. So it’s really a win-win situation.”
