Andrea Cambiaso, who joined Juventus from Genoa yesterday, has now completed a loan move to Bologna.

The 22-year-old Italian left back has temporarily joined the Rossoblu for the upcoming 2022-23 Serie A season, the Bianconeri announced this afternoon. Juventus completed an €8.5m deal with Genoa for Cambiaso yesterday, who signed a five-year contract with the Turin side, and they’re keen for him to continue his development in the topflight.

Cambiaso is a product of Genoa’s youth system and after a few loan spells he broke into the first team last season. In his second game, he scored his debut goal for the first team in a 2-1 defeat to Napoli and he remained a nailed-on starter on the Ligurian coast

Juventus will be hoping that Sinisa Mihajlovic gives Cambiaso ample opportunities to impress at Bologna. The Serbian coach is known for his impressive ability to develop youngsters, with a recent example being Aaron Hickey, who completed a €16.5m move to Brentford last week after only two years in Italy.

  1. Mihajlovic develops Cambiaso, and Allegri continue to improve young Sandro. Such a great plan for Juve.

  2. CALMAAA!!!

Cambiaso will return wiser and more experienced (15 years), when he will be 37 years young. By that time who knows maybe Roberto Carlos Sandro will be the manager.

  3. Winning is all that matters.
    No direction but want success.
It’s a pity that youth have no chance at juve.
Allegri system is not youth based.
How can you build when you don’t believe in the youth. Miretti, fagioli, rovella, ranocchia etc should read the hand writing on the wall before it’s too late.
