After resolving his contract with Zenit St Petersburg, the Coach was in Rome today for talks.
The Federation’s commissioner, Roberto Fabbricini, confirmed today that a deal was done and the FIGC has now officially confirmed that Mancini is the new CT.

The Federation’s commissioner, Roberto Fabbricini, confirmed today that a deal was done and the FIGC has now officially confirmed that Mancini is the new CT.
“The Federazione Italiana Giuoco Calcio announces that it has concluded an agreement with Roberto Mancini, who will hold the position of CT of the national team and will be presented tomorrow, Tuesday, May 15, at 12.00 at the Federal Technical Center at Coverciano,” a statement reads.
It’s thought Mancini has signed a contract up until the end of the European Championships in 2020.
