Inter have announced the signing of Joaquin Correa from Lazio.

“FC Internazionale Milano is delighted to confirm the signing of Joaquin Correa. The 27-year-old has joined the club from Lazio on an initial loan with an obligation to make the transfer permanent,” the club’s official announcement read.

“The Argentine forward has penned a contract with the Nerazzurri that runs until 30 June 2025.”

Lazio had revealed the figures of Correa’s sale shortly before Inter’s announcement.

The Biancocelesti confirmed Correa has joined the Nerazzurri on an initial €5m loan deal with an obligation to buy for €25m.

Correa arrived at Inter’s training ground this morning and is expected to be available for tomorrow’s Serie A clash against Hellas Verona.

The 27-year-old scored 30 goals in 117 appearances with Lazio during his three-year spell at the Stadio Olimpico.

The Argentinean played every Lazio game under Simone Inzaghi with whom he reunites at the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza.

  1. I wish you luck Correa, you used to be a favorite of mine at Lazio but if it was time for you to go, than both should wish eachother well and thank for the contribution in the past. Joaquin is a Champion so Inter got a World class creative player there.

  2. @Burky… Thanks for your nice attitude. As an Inter fan, I always liked him, for me he was THE danger man, and always afraid of him!

  3. @I miss juve

As good as he might be, he won’t be Lukaku
Dwell on your Juve hatred, but don’t forget to go outside and protest against the management for the continuous sale of your best and brightest.
Still have a few more top talents you can sell, but no worries, “Adequate” replacements are surely bound to arrive at such a prestigious and organized club.
Oh wait… maybe the next management will be more solid. Thohir et al. send their regards

  4. What do you mean afraid of him? Are you mistaking him for Milenkovic-Savic? While Correa is the highly decent player, he’ll need something extra to make a difference at Inter. I’m curious to see where il Mister is going to integrate him in a team that has a highl intensity and understanding already. Good luck Joaquin! Forza Inter!
