Lorenzo Insigne has not been included in Napoli’s squad list to face Sassuolo today.
The Azzurri captain picked up an injury on Thursday’s Europa League clash against Real Sociedad.
“Lorenzo Insigne has undergone diagnostic tests that have shown a slight muscle contraction in his left thigh,” the club wrote in an official statement on Friday.
“His situation will be evaluated day by day.”
