Lazio have announced on their official website that Ciro Immobile has joined the Biancocelesti.
The Italian international underwent a medical in Rome yesterday ahead of his move from Sevilla, having spent the second half of last season on-loan at Torino.
According to reports, the Stadio Olimpico club are paying €8.5m to secure the 26-year-old’s services on a permanent basis.
This is contrary to previous speculation, which suggested that Immobile would initially arrive on a one-year loan deal.
