Juventus left-back Luca Pellegrini has officially joined Genoa on loan for the rest of the season.
The deal was confirmed in a statement on Juve’s website this morning, which did not mention any option to buy for Genoa.
The 21-year-old was expected to kick on under Andrea Pirlo this season, having spent last season on loan at Cagliari.
However, Under-23 prospect Gianluca Frabotta started ahead of him during the Bianconeri’s 3-0 win against Sampdoria in their Serie A opener.
