This morning, Fiorentina unveiled their new logo at an event organized at the Stadio Artemio Franchi.
La Viola are the latest Serie A club to change their crest after Roma, Juventus and Inter. Club director Joe Barone unveiled the Tuscans’ new logo this morning.
“We had the new logo idea when we arrived in Florence,” he said.
“It’s a historic moment for the club because we present the rebrand after a two-year work on the project. We have involved the city, the institutions and the fans in a very particular moment like the one we are living in.
“The world ACF doesn’t mean anything legally, it will no longer feature in the new crest but will remain on the website and our email addresses. The new logo is needed to give order to today’s digital world, which is moving very fast while respecting the Giglio, the purple colour and the word ‘Viola.’
Barone insisted that Fiorentina’s identity won’t change despite the new logo and the video unveiled by the Tuscans aims to prove that as it features classic Fiorentina encounters and some of Florence’s tradition, from art to cuisine.

Umm, nice logo, but now everyone will remember that this logo is released on the same day Italy crashed out of WC..
I think this crest dies the same death as Inter‘s newest crest: flat
Yet , still better than Juventus 😂.
Angular, ugly, and has no style (yeah, it’s modern, but the design will not age well) compared to the more traditional logo used in the Tweet. How many hours were poured into delivery this drivel?
Americans don’t understand European football.
Tradition and history are everything. We don’t want and don’t need a rebranding. The old crest are a million times better and more beautiful than this attempt to take a historic crest and make it modern that are already out of date.
The giglio is literally from the 1950s badge, with the addition of the square to encase it and the V.
these americans want to change european football into a franchaise
everything americans touch has an advert , intervals. It is what it is a fake country with no traditions.
