Borussia Dortmund winger Emre Mor, previously close to Inter, Torino and Fiorentina, has officially joined Celta Vigo.
The 20-year-old Turkey international had agreed personal terms with the Nerazzurri, who then pulled out of the deal for reasons that are still not clear.
Torino then showed an interest over the last few days, as did Milan and Lazio, but he has officially joined Celta Vigo today.
He put pen to paper on a five-year contract for an undisclosed fee, but it is reported to be €13m plus bonuses.
