Seydou Doumbia has officially completed his return to CKSA Moscow, after just seven months at Roma.

The Ivorian arrived in the capital at the end of the January transfer window, but has been deemed surplus to requirements after just two Serie A goals in 13 games.

It emerged earlier today that the forward was close to sealing a return to CSKA Moscow, and it has now be confirmed he will move on loan until January.

“CSKA and AS Roma today agreed the loan of Seydou Doumbia until the end of 2015,” the Russian side confirmed on their official website.

“There is the possibility of extending the loan until the end of the 2015-16 season. The Ivorian striker will wear the number 88 shirt, which he had prior to leaving CSKA.

“Seydou has been included in the squad list for the national league and the UEFA Champions League play-offs.”
