Hellas Verona have announced the appointment of new coach Eusebio Di Francesco on a two-year contract.
The deal runs to June 2023 and he became available after terminating his contract with Cagliari by mutual consent.
EDF had been fired by the Sardinians in February, but was still under contract.
His previous clubs include Sassuolo, Roma and Sampdoria.
The 51-year-old has been brought in to the Stadio Bentegodi to replace Ivan Juric, who left for a new role at Torino.
