Genoa's Sebastian De Maio has officially been sold to Belgian club Anderlecht.
The defender had been in Italy since 2006 and played for the Rossoblu since 2013.
An official statement appeared today on Anderlecht's site, confirming the player's signing.
“On Wednesday, July 6, 2016 the 29 -year-old Sebastian De Maio signed a contract for four seasons at RSC Anderlecht,” reads the statement. “The French-Italian central defender played in his youth at AS Nancy.
