While Milan wait for a response on Charles De Ketelaere, Club Brugge have officially sold David Okereke to Cremonese.
The Rossoneri remain confident they have done enough to match the €35m asking price for De Ketelaere, albeit split into €31m plus €4m in add-ons and performance-related bonuses.
Meanwhile, Club Brugge have done business with another Serie A side, today formally selling striker Okereke to newly-promoted Cremonese.
It is not a new experience for him, as the Nigerian centre-forward spent last season on loan at Venezia, where he scored seven goals in 32 games.
The cost of the operation is believed to be in the region of €10m including add-ons.
Okereke spent much of his career in Italy, starting out as a youth player at Lavagnese in 2015, then on to be part of the Spezia academy from January 2016.
There was also a loan at Cosenza in 2018 before his transfer to Club Brugge in the summer of 2019 for €8.16m.
