Roma outcast Ante Coric has officially joined second-tier Spanish side Almeria on loan with an option to buy.
It is understood Roma will pay 60 percent of Coric’s salary this season and that Almeria can buy the former Dinamo Zagreb midfielder for €6m next summer.
The 22-year-old was one of Monchi’s recruits at the Olimpico last summer, but he managed just 48 minutes of competitive football in 2018-19.
He will now spend at least the current campaign at Almeria, who were recently taken over by Saudi investor Turki Al-Sheikh.
