Chievo have officially appointed Domenico Di Carlo as their new Coach after Giampiero Ventura quit just four games into his tenure.
It is a return to the Stadio Bentegodi, as the 54-year-old saved the Flying Donkeys from the drop in two previous spells at the helm, but failed to keep Novara in Serie B last season.
Di Carlo was at Chievo from November 2008 to May 2010.
He then returned in June 2011 only to be dismissed in October 2012.

This is a one-year contract and he’ll be joined by assistant manager Claudio Valigi, fitness coach Lorenzo Riela and technical collaborator Martino Sofia.
There will be a Press conference on Wednesday afternoon.
He will replace former Italy CT Ventura, who stepped down just four games into his tenure.
In this time, Ventura managed one draw and three losses.
The season had started under Lorenzo D’Anna, who was fired after two draws and six defeats.
Chievo were forced to start the campaign from -3 points due to financial irregularities.
