Sampdoria have announced the signing of midfielder Antonio Candreva from Inter on a four-year contract.
A statement on Samp’s official website confirms Candreva has arrived on a season-long loan with obligation to buy, reported to be worth in the region of €3m.
The 33-year-old enjoyed a return to form last season, scoring seven goals and providing nine assists in 40 games for Inter.
However, he was pushed down the Nerazzurri’s pecking order after they signed Aleksandar Kolarov and Achraf Hakimi.

In total, he played 151 times for the Beneamata, posting 18 goals and 31 assists in all competitions since signing from Lazio for €22m in the summer of 2016.
Candreva also has 54 caps for Italy but has not appeared for his country since March 2018.
