It was officially confirmed overnight that Roma full-back Bruno Peres has joined Sao Paulo.
The Brazilian wasn’t included in the Giallorossi’s pre-season squad, and it became clear that he was close to a move back to his homeland.
Sao Paulo midfielder Nene posted a video which featured Peres training with the squad, forcing his club to officially announce the move.
Roma have not yet released the details of the transfer, but it’s expected to be a loan with an €8m option to buy.
