Brescia have officially announced Filippo Inzaghi as their new head coach. ‘I’m happy and proud’.
The Rondinelle announced the former Benevento coach has joined ahead of the 2021-22 season in Serie B.
“Brescia Calcio announce that they have entrusted the technical leadership of the first team to Filippo Inzaghi,” the club wrote in a statement.
Inzaghi, who left Benevento after the relegation from Serie A in 2020-21, looks forward to a ‘new adventure’ in Lombardy.
“A new adventure begins for me and I can only be happy and proud to join Brescia,” Inzaghi told the club’s official website.
“I thank President Massimo Cellino and the director for this opportunity and for having shown great interest and trust in me right from the start.”
