Fiorentina confirm Giacomo Bonaventura will leave the club at the end of his contract.

Bonaventura’s contract with Fiorentina expires today, and the Italian midfielder won’t be at the club for the 2024-25 campaign.

The Tuscans announced the midfielder’s exit through their X account: “Thanks, Jack, you will forever be part of Viola’s history. Best of luck for your next chapter,” the Viola said.

Alfred Duncan will also leave the club and be available as a free agent starting on June 1, 2024.

“A journey together lasting more than four years. Thanks for everything, Alfred,” Fiorentina wrote on X.

The Tuscans have appointed Raffaele Palladino as their new head coach and are on the verge of announcing the signing of Juventus striker Moise Kean for €13m plus €5m add-ons.
