Atalanta have officially sold attacking winger Jeremie Boga to French club OGC Nice in a deal believed to be worth €18m plus add-ons.
The move had been in the works for a few days and negotiations intensified over the last 24 hours to complete the deal.
Sky Sport Italia, Sportitalia and others have pointed towards the figures being €18m plus €2m in performance-related bonuses.
Boga has put pen to paper on a four-year contract with Nice.
The 26-year-old came up through the Chelsea youth academy, with experiences on loan at Rennes, Granada and Birmingham City.
He flourished after the €10m move to Sassuolo in 2018 and failed to replicate that form following the €22m transfer to Atalanta in 2022.
The Ivory Coast international scored four goals and provided six assists in his 47 official appearances for La Dea.
Nice introduced Boga with a tourist-style video of the city streets, including the beach along the coast.
