Roma have finally announced the arrival of Brazilian shot-stopper Alisson Becker from Internacional for €8m.
The deal had been done several months ago and he first flew in to Italy some weeks back.
This evening a statement was released confirming the 23-year-old joins from Internacional for €8m and “all third-party ownership rights have also been resolved.”
Alisson signed a five-year contract, set to expire in June 2021, and will wear the Number 19 jersey.

“After being part of the Brazil U-20 side that won the Toulon Tournament in 2013, Alisson made his senior debut for the national team in October last year.
“He has gone on to make nine appearances in total for the Selecao – including five games in the ongoing 2018 World Cup qualifiers and three in the recent Copa America Centenario in the United States.”
