Massimo Oddo felt Pescara deserved their point at nine-man Genoa and “should make more of our chances.”
It was a chaotic encounter at Marassi with some very controversial decisions from the referees.
“It was a fascinating game, a physical one and also a tactical chess-match. Genoa were causing us problems, so we made some changes and risked very little,” he told Sky Sport Italia of the 1-1 draw.

“As often happens with us, we conceded against the run of play and within a minute of coming out for the second half. We cannot concede goals like that and need to be more clear-headed.
“We should also be more determined and make more of our chances when facing nine men, as that’s the second draw in a row against a side with two red cards.
“It would’ve been a real shame to lose this match, as from the bench it seemed tactically a smart performance from my lads.”
