Basel FC boss Sousa emerged as the front-runner and it’s reported the Portuguese tactician will fly in on Tuesday to sign the contract.
“He is young and ambitious, always doing well in every team he coached, especially in Switzerland with Basel,” ex-Viola player Nuno Gomes told Rai Sport.
