Fiorentina director Carlos Freitas insists “there’s nothing at the moment” with Roma for Borja Valero.
The Giallrossi have been heavily linked with the Spanish midfielder, with Coach Luciano Spalletti admitting today that he’d like to have him.
“The last time I said that the player feels like one of us,” Freitas said at Carlos Sanchez’s presentation.

“He considers it a pleasure to play for Fiorentina and there’s the same feeling from our side.
“Roma? There’s nothing at the moment.”
Valero has spent the last four seasons with the Viola, scoring four times last season as well as providing six assists.
