Inter will hold a transfer meeting today and won’t only discuss the possible signing of Felipe Caicedo from Genoa.

The former Lazio striker has been identified as a possible reinforcement for the Nerazzurri.

Their striker Joaquin Correa has been ruled out for at least one month, so he will miss crucial matches against Milan and Liverpool in February.

A transfer meeting between Inter directors and Simone Inzaghi will take place today with the Nerazzurri discussing Caicedo’s situation and other possible scenarios for the final week of the January transfer window.

Stefano Sensi has already reached an agreement over a loan move to Sampdoria. He is keen to join the Blucerchiati until June, but Inter have put his transfer on hold following Correa’s injury.

Inter will also talk about the future of Ivan Perisic, who hasn’t reached an agreement to extend his expiring contract. The Serie A champions have set their sight on several targets.

Previous reports have mentioned ramy Bensebaini as one of the players on Inter’s radars and the same is true of Filip Kostic.

The Nerazzurri also monitored lucas Digne, but the former Roma man has joined Aston Villa from Everton.

  1. Is it true that Zhang said no money until he comes up with the money to pay the 157 million British pounds he owes for the EPL TV rights ? not to mention the salaries he has yet to pay in China such as Eder ! At least Zhang tried but when you lose 2 billion dollars by being the majority shareholder in a now defaulted Evergrande obviously money is going to be hard to come by. Gee, I hope he secures another bond at 10 % – well he has to because if he accepts the valuaion of 1 billion for this team they stand to lose 300 million Euros – nowhere close to 2 billion lost in Evergrande but still alot of money.

  2. Bu the way, Caicedo has been recommend by Christian Vieri before the departure of Lukaku so I’m sure he will do great and most likely he will stay longer at INTER if they agreed the transfer of Vicino with Lazio. Forza Inter!!!

  3. @ i love Marco Branca – don’t worry your little head marco – PIF are taking over in the summer. So you need to start discussing how to Diss them.

  4. Firstly, Suning are not majority shareholder of evergrande.

Secondly, suning are not in condition where they’re forced to sell, that’s why they can ask for 1 billion in order to sell inter in which they will get decent profit.

Thirdly, even if suning will be in such situation in the future, they will be forced to sell to american fund or PIF in cut price deal which doesn’t really have any effect on Inter as the club itself.

Fourthly, Suning won’t sell key players that will drop the team’s performance significantly, otherwise it will be harder for them to find buyer

Lastly, The negative consequence of suning’s financial trouble is that inter have to be run self sufficiently without cash injection, which is actually a good thing with competent director like Marotta. Any money from suning will be used to fund the new stadium
