Antonio Nocerino says Parma have become like ‘a second family’, and would like to return to Milan.

The midfielder joined the Ducali on loan from the Rossoneri in January, having spent the first half of the season at Torino.

“I went through forty days of hell,” Nocerino said in a Press conference.

“The loss of my parents drove me to think about stopping altogether, but then I came to Parma and I found a second family here.

“The loss of my parents drove me to think about stopping altogether, but then I came to Parma and I found a second family here.

“I’m good here, paradoxically this situation helped me to overcome he difficult time I was going through.

“I want to publicly thank the club, they have helped me. I found exceptional staff, a great coaching staff and a fantastic Coach [Roberto Donadoni].

“I have another year’s contract with Milan, a club which has given me so much. I’m ambitious, and I almost feel indebted to the club.

“If I’ve done well here [at Parma] then I can do even better if there’s a different climate and a calmer corporate situation.”

Nocerino also joined pleas for some to take over Parma, so they can play in Serie B next season.

“We have to find someone interested in buying, the people of Parma deserve the best, that’s the only priority.

“We’ve done our best, we’ve spit blood to ensure that the club survives. Now it’s up to others to be serious and show an interest in continuing football in Parma.”
