The former Juventus” data-scaytid=”9″>Juventus player, though, took his time to settle at San Siro – but he’s now responded with five goals in 12 Serie A games.

“At the start there were people who were rather sceptical about me being here,” Nocerino told Milan Time.

“I’m happy that things have changed so quickly…”

Milan, like Nocerino, had a slow start to the campaign, but a string of positive results have seen them move to within two points of leaders Juventus.

“We believed we could climb back up the table,” added the 26-year-old. “Our physical condition is better than it was. We are more aggressive and we’re winning games.”

Milan, who are away to Bologna on Sunday, have won seven of their last eight matches in the Italian top flight.
