Nemanja Vidic’s agent insists there is “no truth” in reports of the Inter defender’s move to MLS club DC United.

Vidic is out of action following a hernia operation in early August, but had been out of the Nerazzurri’s plans anyway.

“The recovery process is going very well,” agent Silvano Martina told FcInterNews.

“Could he be back on the field in January? I couldn’t really say that now, you’d have to ask the Inter medical staff for a more accurate picture.

“As for the reports of a move to DC United, there is no truth in them. I don’t understand how some people can listen to certain rumours. There is absolutely nothing linking us with that club.”

DC United are owned by Erick Thohir, who is also the President and majority shareholder of Inter.
