The Aquile host Udinese this evening in a rescheduled Serie A game, follow the action as it happens on the LIVEBLOG.
“It’s an important match, but not fundamental,” Tare told Mediaset Premium.
“We must be focused and bring home the victory that could be a real boost for our position in the table. Felipe Anderson and Luis Nani bring added value to the attack and so much quality. They need to get to know each other better, but have already shown in training how eager they are to do well.
“Seeing Lazio in the top teams in Europe is something to be very proud of. The team not only wins, but is also convincing in its performances in Serie A, the Europa League and Coppa Italia.”
The issue for Lazio now is keeping hold of the most talented players, above all defender De Vrij, who will be out of contract in June.
“I think De Vrij will sign the new contract. It’s not easy to negotiate deals with the Dutch, but the player wants to remain,” insisted Tare.
As for midfielder Milinkovic-Savic, there were reported offers of €100m from Manchester United and Manchester City.
“Milinkovic-Savic will certainly be a Lazio player to the end of the season, but I don’t know what could happen after that. He is very happy and Lazio are also pleased to have a player like him.
“He does not have a price-tag because he’s not on the market.”
