Leeds United refused to meet Inter’s €6m asking price for striker Facundo Colidio, while defender Ryan Nolan rejected a move.
The pair looked all set for Leeds, whose owner Andrea Radrizzani helped advise Suning Group on its takeover of Inter in 2016.
However, FcInterNews reports they were not prepared to spend €6m on Colidio as they ended up bringing in Arsenal’s Eddie Nketiah on loan.
As for Nolan, the website writes Marcelo Bielsa’s side had offered the Irishman a three-year contract.
