Six Serie A players have been called-up to the Argentina squad to face Mexico, but Milan striker Gonzalo Higuain isn’t among them.

The Albiceleste face the Central American nation in a friendly later this month, and today Lionel Scaloni has named his squad for the fixture.

There’s a surprise call-up for Rodrigo De Paul of Udinese, as well as Fiorentina pair German Pezzella and Giovanni Simeone.
