The agent of Corinthians striker Alexandre Pato denies rumours of a transfer to Fiorentina, and says the player will ‘respect his deals’ in Brazil.
Rumours of an imminent agreement to bring the Brazilian striker to Florence have been spreading over the last few weeks, with Corinthians reportedly willing to cover part of the player's wages and the ex-Milan man himself said to be visiting Italy over the holiday period.

Rumours of an imminent agreement to bring the Brazilian striker to Florence have been spreading over the last few weeks, with Corinthians reportedly willing to cover part of the player's wages and the ex-Milan man himself said to be visiting Italy over the holiday period.
However the player’s agent Gilmar Veloz, speaking to the Brazilian Radio Bandeirantes, has denied all rumours.
“No-one has got in touch for Alexandre from Florence,” said the representative.
“At San Paolo we are carrying out a two-year loan [from Corinthians] and as far as we are concerned there are no problems.
“The player isn't going to ask to go and play elsewhere.
“The deals will be respected, unless the club itself wants to send Pato away.”
