LaRoma24 and Teleradiostereo journalist Paolo Rocchetti claims the Germans are hoping to pay less than €25m to bring the Czech Republic international on a permanent deal to Red Bull Arena.

But the Giallorossi are not willing to part ways with the forward for less than €29m, previously agreed in the loan deal with an option to buy.

Schick has scored seven times in 16 games for the Bundesliga giants and has convinced Die Roten Bullen to enter negotiations with the Giallorossi.

The 24-year-old has suggested he would welcome a permanent transfer to Leipzig but Rocchetti’s report points out that there’s still distance between the clubs regarding an agreement of a permanent deal.
