New Cagliari signing Modibo Diakite's agent denies that player ever insulted Lazio President Claudio Lotito.
The defender signed for the Rossoblu yesterday and was reported as having said in his presentation that he hoped never to see Lotito again.
But his agent Ulisse Savini has denied that statement in an interview with news agency ANSA.
“I deny these words attributed to my client,” Diakite’s representative has said.

“On the contrary, I wish to clarify that he said exactly the opposite, that he has nothing against Lotito, that he wishes him well and that he thanks him for what he did for him.”
