Nine Serie A clubs, including Juventus, Inter, Milan and Atalanta, are being investigated over “vexatious” ticketing practices.
The Italian Competition Authority announced on Tuesday the quartet were being probed, along with Roma, Lazio, Cagliari, Genoa and Udinese.
The investigations relate to what the authorities describe as “vexatious clauses in contracts for the purchase of season tickets and match tickets”.

The clauses mean the clubs in question would not recognise the right to a refund for all or part of a season ticket or match ticket, in the event of a stadium closure or postponement.
The antitrust body adds the probes are under way as a result of the clubs not responding to an invitation it put to them back in May.
Bologna and Parma, on the other hand, did respond and agreed to change the conditions of their ticket contracts with consumers.
