“We’re not done yet, because our situation still doesn’t leave us satisfied,” the coach told DAZN.

“What we are satisfied with is the progress we are making. It’s not easy to neutralise someone like Rodrigo De Paul, but we did well to limit his influence with teamwork. It can only take a moment for a player like that to make the difference.

“I am most pleased with how clear-headed and sharp we were under pressure. Toni Sanabria and Belotti did a lot of hard work to help the team and I think today’s victory is thanks to the unity shown by those who started and came off the bench.”
