Davide Nicola claims Torino have 'no time to talk' and adds players must 'manage mental energies in a better way.'

The Granata faced a 4-1 away defeat at Spezia, three days after a 7-0 home defeat against Milan.

"I must say that we are paying something in terms of emotivity. Not for what happened in the last game, but because we've done so much to get till here and we wanted to get the job done as soon as possible," Nicola told Sky Sport.

"I must say that we are paying something in terms of emotivity. Not for what happened in the last game, but because we've done so much to get till here and we wanted to get the job done as soon as possible," Nicola told Sky Sport.

"Emotivity has created problems for us, it's a pity because we didn't have a good start, but we went back into the game in the second half.

"There's no time to talk, we need the last effort in the last two games."

Torino face Lazio in the rescheduled fixture from matchday 25 before the last game of the season at home against Benevento.

The Granata are four points clear of Benevento, who are third from the bottom.

"It's not easy to play every two days, we must avoid fear, we can reach what we want.

"We'll try to gain a survival that we would deserve," the coach continued.

"We don't need to take out our mental energies, but we need to manage them in a better way. We must be more serene."
