The two clubs had agreed terms for €18m and booked a medical in Rome on Friday, but Niang already informed Milan he will not be attending.

However, Sky do note that Niang is open to Torino, though their proposal is worth only €12m.
He’d be reunited with former Rossoneri Coach Sinisa Mihajlovic.
